Show Time: Friday, April 25 (6-9pm)
Saturday, April 26 (9-3pm)
Due to building constraints, not all spaces are uniform in size.
Therefore, we are naming spaces SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE.
$50 SMALL - smaller than 10x10 (in area)
$60 MEDIUM - roughly 10x10 (in area, but could be irregular shaped)
$75 LARGE - larger than 10x10 (in area)
$75 MOBILE VENDOR TRUCKS
$50 FOOD TRUCKS
Tables available for rent. (Prices posted in Application)
Proceeds from table rentals go towards Florence Baptist Church’s Feed His Kids Program. This program provides food for over 150 children who may not receive a meal every night.
**Chairs are provided FREE of charge
Triple Crown Market is a hand selected, juried show. We look for artisans that truly handcraft their products and are local to the area. Our hand selected process allows low competition between vendors.
Every Crafter is highly encouraged to apply!
We are constantly referring back to applications to fill in spots when needed.
ALL APPLICANTS (even returning vendors) must provide pictures of their products. We are looking for quality, handcrafted products. Applications without pictures will be passed over.
*We are asking returning vendors to provide updated pictures that will be used for promoting. Photos must be of HIGH QUALITY and as professional as you can as these will be used on social media, flyers, etc
Order of Acceptance -
Returning Handcrafted Vendors - as long as they have not missed 2 consecutive shows
The few retail businesses grandfathered in from our 2 first shows.
New HandCrafted Artisans
PRODUCTS FROM TEMU, SHEIN, AND OTHER SIMILAR CHINA COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWED! Companies such as these that sell low cost, low quality products hurt American companies and small businesses.
We are a high quality group and want our vendors and products to reflect the same high quality.
⮚ We will notify you if you have been accepted.
⮚ If accepted, you will receive email instructions on how to pay your application fee from triplecrownmarketshow@gmail.com. (Scammers are out there impersonating events so please do not send money to anyone except from triplecrownmarketshow@gmail.com)

⮚ Vendor Fees must be paid within 7 days of acceptance. There are a lot of purchases we have to make months ahead of each show.
This helps admins tremendously so there isn’t constant follow up.
⮚ Vendor Payments are non-refundable (Please see above for vendor fees)
➠Due to liability issues, NO PETS are allowed
➠No Alcohol sales allowed.
➠No vulgar or explicit products allowed.
➠Smoke, Alcohol, and Firearm Free
Set up: Friday 3-6pm
Breakdown: Saturday 3-5pm
You must clean up your area and pick up any trash in your designated space. You are not allowed to break down before 3pm. Vendors packing/breaking down prior to 3 may be asked not to return.
